Texas Sex Offender Program - All exams of this type are administered in north Dallas office and lab setting only. Must provide case information, sexual history form, personal log and / or any information requested from the court, your probation officer or treatment counselor.
NOTE: PolyIntelCo is a professional firm located in class "A" commercial office tower facilities and not near any school or other area known to be frequented by children. All examiners are JPCOT qualified and follow federal standards in examinations and reporting.
